Author Bio
Adam Bourne (1989-present) was born in Windsor, Berkshire as the eldest of 3 children. He spent his early childhood living in Leicestershire before moving to Buckinghamshire in 1995 where he attended the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe. In 2008 Bourne headed north to Yorkshire, studying at Leeds Beckett University, and after graduating in 2011 with a degree in Music Technology, finally settled in Surrey.
Since then Bourne has worked at Pinewood Studios as a sound editor on some of Hollywood's biggest productions, including the Oscar-winning Bohemian Rhapsody and Tolkien, the biopic on the life of the greatly influential English writer.
Bourne's love of wildlife and the outdoors led him on many trips to the American national parks as well as the British countryside, which inspired him to write stories on the adventures of his two house rabbits: Tales of Daisy & Blue.
Illustrator Bio
Elena Păun is a talented illustrator, graphic designer and artist.
Elena is based in Iasi, Romania. With a wonderful portfolio of illustrated work, Elena's distinctive style caught the eye of author Adam Bourne and has truly brought the stories to life, bringing an eye for detail in her beautiful hand drawn illustrations.
